Stuffed apples with cottage cheese.
400 g (14 oz) apples, washed, cored.
150 g (8,8 oz) cottage cheese.
1 egg yolk, beaten.
1,5 tbsp semolina (farina).
1,5 tbsp sugar.
50 g (1,8 oz) raisins, washed.
100 g (3,5 oz) sour cream.
1. Wash and core apples.
2. Combine beaten cottage cheese with semolina, egg yolk, sugar, raisins and mix carefully.
3. Stuff the apples with cottage cheese mixture.
4. Put the apples into backing sheet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
5. Decorate top stuffed apples with sour cream. Serve.
