Stuffed prunes with walnuts.
Description: This recipe is very simple, healthy and tasty.
500 g (1,1 lb) prunes, without stones.
300 - 400 g (10,6 - 14 oz) walnuts, chopped and toasted.
400 g (14 oz) sour cream.
150 g (5,3 oz) sugar.
1. Soak washed prunes in cold water. Bring to boil. Drain. Remove stones.
2. Stuff the prunes with walnuts (instead stone).
3. Put the stuffed prunes into bowl.
4. Whisk sour cream with sugar and pour over stuffed prunes.
5. Put into refrigerator or Serve.
