Dates with oats sprouts.
100 g (3,5 oz) rye seeds, or oats seeds,
100 g (3,5 oz) dates without stones (or figs, raisins, apricots), washed and soaked.
1. Make rye sprouts: Put washed rye in to water, soak in the water for 12 hours. Rinse it and leave the plate almost covered with fresh water and top with wet towel for 2 days in warm place.
2. Blend ground sprouts with ground dates.
