Omelette with string beans.
This recipe is for the ideal breakfast. Just five minutes… and you have a delicious, rich dish on your table.
Ingredients: (for 3 person)
2 eggs, beaten.
200 g (7 oz) string beans, canned, chopped.
greens (dill, chervil, green onion).
salt to taste.
butter, or oil to fry
1. Fry string beans in the skillet with oil, add green onion. Whisk eggs
with salt, pour in to beans.
2. Bake in the oven for 3 - 5 minutes.
3. Season to taste, add chopped greens. Serve hot.
Omelet with string beans, onions, squash
string beans, cooked, chopped
1 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
4 slices squash, cubed
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup milk
In a frying pan add the butter, fry the squash until golden, add the onion and saute until soft. Add the string beans and fry lightly.
Beat the eggs and add the salt, pepper and milk. Pour the egg mixture over the onions and potatoes and stir occasionally until cooked.
