1 lb fish, fillet
1 beaten egg
0,5 tsp dried ground greenery
salt, ground pepper and coriander to taste
1. Cut a fillet of fish lengthways into strips and than in half.
2. Beat egg with salt, dried ground greenery, pepper and coriander. Dip the fish pieces into egg, then into flour. Chill, then deep fry until golden. Serve with boiled rice.
