3 medium size potato 
2 hard-boiled eggs 
1 - 2 small pickled cucumbers
1 small fresh cucumbers
1 medium onion 
100 g (3,5 oz) canned green peas 
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped.
350 g  (12,3 oz) canned mushrooms. 
3 - 4 tbsp of mayonnaise 
Salt, black pepper, according to taste.
 3tbsp shredded fresh greenery (dill, parsley, green onion).

Mushrooms salad with green peasDirections:

1. Boil potato with the skin on until tender. Drain, chill, peel. 

2. Drain canned mushrooms. Cut potato, cucumber, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms into small cubes. 

3. Drain canned green peas well and place them in a mixing bowl. 

4. Chop onion very finely. Flavour, mix all ingredients together. 

Stir in mayonnaise. Makes 5 - 7 servings.
