Potato with mushrooms.
12 ea fresh not peeled potatoes.
2 oz mushrooms, fresh or canned.
salt, black pepper, fresh greenery to taste.
3 - 4 tbsp oil
1-2 tbsp cream or sour cream
1. Cook not peeled potatoes in the boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender, drain well.
2. Chop mushrooms (I use salted or frozen) and combine with salt, chopped finely onion and fry in oil. Add fresh chopped greenery, black pepper and cream or sour cream. Stew 5 - 10 minutes.
Peel hot potatoes, slice.
3. Serve hot, potatoes and mushrooms. Stew mushrooms could be served with tomato salad.
