Pot cheese cookies with cinnamon, baked.
0,5 cup sugar, or to taste.
2,5 cups flour.
1 cup butter, softened.
3 oz pot cheese.
1 - 2 eggs.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
cinnamon to taste.
1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
2. Combine sugar, butter and pot cheese in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer set at medium speed.
3. Beat in eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Add flour gradually, beating continually until blended.
4. Roll dough on a floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Arrange on greased baking sheets. Decorate with sugar. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until golden.
