Cottage cheese with dried apricots and kiwi.
200 g (7 oz) cottage cheese.
3 - 4 tbsp fresh sour cream.
1 - 2 tbsp fresh milk.
5 - 7 dried apricots, washed, chopped.
1- 2 tsp sugar.
1 slice of kiwi for decoration.
1. Beat cottage cheese with milk, add remained ingredients into the mixture. Stir.
2. Decorate with slice of kiwi and strips of dried apricot. Serve.
