3 - potatoes
carrots - to taste
2 - 3 big beets
2 - 3 salted cucumbers
1 - fresh cucumber (if you have)
100 grammas (4 oz) - sauerkraut
1 - big onion
100 grammas (4 oz) - green onion
2 - 3 tbsp - Sunflower oil, (or Soya oil, or olive oil)
pepper, dill and parsley to taste.
1. Cube some boiled potatoes, beets and carrots (if you like it) and also 2 or 3 salted cucumbers.
2. Chop 100 grammas (4 oz) of green onion, cube fresh cucumber, add chopped onions. Rinse and press out the liquid from 100 grammas (4 oz) of sauerkraut. Combine all the ingredients.
3. Season with sunflower oil, pepper, dill and parsley to taste and mix. Garnish the salad with onion rings, dill and parsley.
