Soup with black currant leaves
- Cold Soup.
3 tbsp black currant leaves, chopped.
6 fresh cucumbers, chopped into strips.
3 tbsp green onion, chopped.
3 carrots, grated.
1 litre (2 pint) - water, boiled and chilled.
1 litre (2 pint) - milk.
salt to taste.
1. Put cucumbers, green onion and grated carrot into big bowl. Mix.
2. Pour the cold water and milk into bowl, mix, add currant leaves and salt, stir well. The soup is ready.
3. Serve cold immediately.
