Onion dill spaghetti.
1 (16 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup olive ( or vegetable, or Soya) oil
1/2 cup fresh dill, minced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
salt, pepper to taste
1. Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions.
2. In a large skillet, lightly brown garlic and onion in oil over medium heat. Drain spaghetti and add to the skillet.
3. Sprinkle with parsley, dill, salt, pepper and toss to coat. Makes 8-10 servings.
