Carrot cake with bread crumbs.

Description: Carrot and Bread!


500 g (1 lb) carrot, cooked, peeled and finely grated.
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
6 eggs.
100 g (3,5 oz) butter,
100 g (3,5 oz) raisins.


1. Combine all ingredients, at last add egg yolks and beaten to a white foam egg - whites. Beat the mixture carefully.

2. Pour the mixture into greased tin and bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
