Coffee recipes

Acorn coffee.

for coffeeIngredients:

1,5 tsp acorn, roasted light brown, ground
1 cup water
sugar to taste


1. Toast raw peeled chopped acorn (seeds of the Oak tree) till it is a light brown, and not a seeds burnt, grind it.

2. Pour the water in to the pot and bring to boil.

3. When the water is boiling, take it off the stove, and immediately stir the ground acorn into it. Set a side for several minutes. Heat again.

4. Pour the drink through the filter. Strain and serve hot beverage, with sugar.
