Ice cream, "Cream".


200 g (7 oz) milk.
5 tbsp sugar.
100 g (3,5 oz) cream.
4 egg yolks.
1 tsp potato starch.
vanilla to taste.
pinch ground lime zest.

For decoration:

jam and berries.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Blend sugar with yolks. Mix with (100 g) the milk and cream. Bring the mixture to boil. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly.

2.  Dissolve starch in 100 g of milk and pour in to boiling milk - cream mixture. Cook for 3 minutes or until dense and homogeneous. 

3. Take away from the heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Chill (place the pot with milk mix into pot with cold water to chill).

4. Pour into molds and put into fridge freezer to congeal.

Serve the Ice cream straight from the freezer in separate dishes, decorating the surface of each one with jam and berries.
