Cherry Vinegar. 

Cherry Vinegar is healthy and could be great addition to some food.


3 lb gooseberry, a currant or a cherry (or mixture of berries)
4 pint Water
6 - 7 oz Sugar


1. Mix carefully shredded berries, sugar and water. Water must be warm, but not hot.

2. Saucepan with the mixture place in a warm, dark (room, home temperature) spot for 90 day and night. Cover with a towel. 

3. Squeeze out the liquid (in 90 days). Strain and discard berries. (You need not it anymore).

4. Percolate carefully. Pour into beautiful bottles. Close with lid tightly. Keep in the refrigerator.
